Sessions must be pre-booked (availability Monday–Friday, 10:00 am – 5:30 pm).
A pre-booking health questionnaire and/or medical clearance may be required to ensure suitability.

Pass Details
Each pass is for individual use only and cannot be shared.
Passes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Valid for sessions starting between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Booking and Membership
Membership is recorded in our system; no physical card will be issued.
Each member must have a unique email address.
Gifting Options
If purchasing for someone else, please include the recipient's name and email address in the comments.
A physical gift voucher can be issued upon request.
Refund and Transfer Policy
All purchases are final and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Passes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service.
Medical Assessment
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is not suitable for everyone. You may be required to complete a medical questionnaire and/or provide medical clearance before commencing sessions. Please book your first session before purchasing the passes.
Session Cancellations
Sessions must be booked in advance and cancellations require 24 hours' notice. Missed or late-canceled sessions will be considered used.
