Why Is This Book Expensive and not included in the GB4000 kits?

The Universal Sideband Frequency List is a specialist reference book published and copyrighted by the original supplier in the United States, which is a different company from the GB4000 manufacturer. Brilin does not own the copyright and cannot reproduce, copy, or print the book locally.

Each copy must be purchased directly from the authorised supplier and imported from the United States. The final price reflects the supplier’s wholesale price, international freight, currency conversion, and other import-related costs.

We understand that it is a significant additional expense, which is why the book is optional and is not included with the GB4000 system. Many customers choose not to purchase it, as Brilin can still provide the relevant programme names and frequency numbers when requested as free service.

**Return and Refund Policy: 25% restocking fee, Shipping is Non-Refundable, All Damaged Items are NONE-Refundable, and Repairs are None-Refundable. None-Refundable on all items that are not in New and current updated condition. All items must be the most current version or No Refund. All approved refunds can take up to 14 days after inspection of returned items. All approved Returns, funds will be returned to the original form of payment. Returns must be returned within 30 days of order or no refund will be granted. All items returned without contacting for a Return Authorization Number will not be refunded. Return Authorization Number will need to be included with your return items. Returned items, with Authorization Number, must still be must be in New and Most Current Version and be able to be Resold in New Updated Condition, if they are not in this condition, No Refund will be applied.
