Terms & Conditions
Package Details:
Includes 3 x 1-hour HydroxyPOD sessions at Brilin Functional Medicine Centre.
Total price: $299 (prepaid).
Usage Period:
The first session must be booked and used within 6 months of purchase.
Once the first session is taken, all 3 sessions must be used within 7 days (1 week) from that date.
Sessions cannot be extended beyond this timeframe.
Availability & Booking:
Sessions are available Monday to Friday, 10:00 am – 5:30 pm only.
Sessions must be booked in advance via our online booking system or through reception.
To ensure fair access, we have limited package numbers available—this allows all clients to successfully book in their sessions.
Subject to staff and chamber availability.
One Person Only:
Package is valid for client client only and cannot be shared, transferred.
If purchasing for someone else, please include the recipient’s name and email address in the comments.
A physical gift voucher can be issued upon request.
Cancellation Policy:
Standard Brilin cancellation policy applies (e.g., 24 hours’ notice required for rescheduling).
Missed or late-cancelled sessions will be forfeited and deducted from the package.
Refund & Transfer Policy:
All purchases are final and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The passes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service.
Medical Assessment:
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is not suitable for everyone.
You may be required to complete a medical questionnaire before commencing sessions.
We suggest you book your first session before purchasing the passes to ensure suitability.
Expiry:
Any unused sessions after the 7-day period will be forfeited without refund.
